Just as nature designed testosterone to be that chemical compound in your body that causes muscle-mass growth, defines activity levels and stimulates sexual function, so did nature also mandate that cholesterol was the main key ingredient in your foods that when broken down becomes the testosterone that you need. Whilst cholesterol is the main ingredient, there are also some other trace elements which are essential to the process too, and nature designed these to be found and available in various pant materials. Sometimes it is the extract of a certain root of a sub-tropical tree, other times it is the leaves of a surface-growing plant that animals may forage, always nature has intended that all animals which all do need and use testosterone will find the essential compounds and key ingredients to be present in nature so the all animal species may continue to exists and propagate.
I am not suggesting that nature has a decision making capacity in this regard, rather than we are the sum total of all prior events that have occurred before us and that as such, all things we do need have been found before and will be found again. When the human interferes such as when food corporations come along and adulterate our foods with chemicals and pesticides, much of natural goodness is gone forever from the resulting food stuffs and if we wish to remain healthy then we must supplement our diet with those essential compounds that our bodies need. That is why there are multi-vitamins and that is why it is prudent to add a testosterone boosting supplement as well.
Given that low testosterone is the root-cause of almost all major health related problems facing men today, it would be irresponsible to not boost our testosterone production with diet supplements as have been used through the millennium by Asian health professionals.
